Privacy notice

EEOC Helper is a website of The Craighead Law Firm, PLLC ("we"). This notice explains what we do with the information you give us through this site.

What we collect

The answers you type into our forms, such as your contact information, details about your job and what happened, and any details you add for an EEOC charge. We also record the date and time of your submission and your internet (IP) address, to protect the site from abuse.

How we use it

To evaluate whether we can help you, to contact you about your request, and, if you hire us, to prepare documents such as a charge of discrimination. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Our attorneys and staff. If you pay for a consultation, PayPal or Stripe processes the payment on its own secure page; we never see or store your card number. Our email and hosting providers handle the information only to deliver the service.

Confidentiality

We treat what you share as confidential, as the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct require for prospective clients, even if we don't take your case. Submitting information doesn't create an attorney-client relationship.

Your private link

We give you a private link so you can return to your answers. Anyone who has the link can see your answers, so please don't share it. Links stop working after a period of time.

How long we keep it

We keep information about matters we don't take for a limited time and then delete it, unless the law or our professional obligations require us to keep it longer.
